Returns
Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise

If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Nattybohgear.com by email or phone within 14 days of receipt to explain the nature of the damage or error and receive instructions on how to return the item.

Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received, and is verified to be in new, unworn and unwashed condition, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. Please Note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that you request an exact replacement of their damaged or incorrect merchandise. If decided that you do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the "For Unwanted Items" section below. You must contact Nattybohgear.com before returning the item.

Unwanted Items

If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Nattybohgear.com within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the unwanted item. Once the merchandise is received, and it is verified to be in new, unworn and unwashed condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item less the original shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the shirt. If you choose to have store credit instead, we will waive the restocking fee. If you contact us between 15 and 30 days of receipt of the merchandise, we will accept the item and issue you store credit for the amount of the purchase price of the item less the original shipping charges.

If you would like to replace the item you received for the same item in a different size or a different item of the same value, we will replace your item as long as you contact us within 14 days of receipt and the item is in new, unworn and unwashed condition. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will charge your credit card for the shipping cost to ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Shipping

All in-stock orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours of order receipt (Monday through Friday) and shipped the next business day after order placement. If a product is unavailable, notification will occur either before the order is placed or shortly after the order placement. For Priority 2-3 day shipping, the product will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed and will arrive 2-3 days after this date. If an expedited shipping option is desired other than those currently available, please contact Nattybohgear.com at info@nattybohgear.com before placing your order.

Items shipped direct from vendors

Some of Nattybohgear.coms's products are shipped direct from our vendors. This helps to ensure a wider variety of products and better product availability for our customers. Order fulfillment time, shipping method and delivery time vary by vendor. Where possible, orders are shipped with a 3-7 day fulfillment and delivery window. If expedited service is required other than those currently available, please contact SudsGear before placing your order. Every reasonable attempt will be made to provide expedited shipping options if requested.

International orders

Currently, Nattybohgear.com ships to the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping & Handling costs for orders from Nattybohgear.com depend upon the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
